Josh is a certified personal trainer who brings his background in group fitness from his time in the U.S. Army. His specialties include corrective exercise, strength training, weight loss, and muscle building. After recovering from a serious car accident, Josh experienced firsthand how powerful strength training can be for both the body and mind — an experience that drives his passion for helping others build confidence and resilience through fitness. He enjoys working with open-minded, goal-driven clients who value collaboration, conversation, and personal growth.
