Tina Farkas

Tina has been passionate about fitness and movement since childhood. After years of exploring different sports, she discovered her calling in helping others build strength, confidence, and lasting habits through exercise. Her specialties include pregnancy and postpartum fitness, strength and endurance training, HIIT, and weight management. Tina loves working with all clients but has a special place in her heart for busy moms and moms-to-be. She believes in leading by example and helping women feel stronger and more connected to their bodies at every stage of life.
