Nico has been a personal and small group trainer since 2018. His specialties include strength training, muscle growth, mobility, and corrective exercise. Once a naturally skinny kid who struggled to build muscle, Nico discovered how strength training and proper nutrition could transform both body and mindset. That journey built his confidence and sparked his passion for helping others do the same. He loves working with clients who are ready to make lasting changes, build strength, and create a lifestyle that supports their goals inside and outside the gym.
